He is tactful in dealing with conflict, confrontations and disagreement amongst employees or their representatives and possess an in-depth knowledge of the labour regulations in Ghana. He has over a decade working experience in people, talent and change management.

He holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) in human resource management from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and he is also a Certified HR practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM). He holds a first degree in HRM and aa diploma in journalism all from Jayee University College.

He is a member of the CIHRM and as well as the Novaturient Foundation, a network of likeminded HR professionals. Felix is happily married with two kids and he is a committed christian
